
Lakota West’s spring musical this year is Les Misérables. Set during the French Revolution, the play follows Jean Valjean, a reformed criminal, as he lives his life and fights for freedom. Les Misérables is performed entirely through song and has drama, love, war, and character growth.
Directed by Kim Eldridge, West’s performance of Les Miserables stars Zander Brewer (senior) as Jean Valjean, Andrew Moody (senior) as Javert, Natalie Hartman (senior) as Fantine, Hagan Bright (senior) as Marius, Sophie Hard (senior) as Cosette, Julia Kershaw (junior) as Eponine, Neel Saggi (senior) as Enjolras, Jordan Wells (senior) as Thenardier, and Bella Rosato (sophomore) as Madame Thenardier. The stage manager is Rebecca Bacu.
Performances are on April 10th, 11th, 17th, and 18th at 7:00 PM, as well as April 12th and 19th at 2:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased for either $17 or $21 each, depending on where the seats are located. Get tickets soon before they sell out, and come see Les Mis!
