The 2026 NBA draft class is among the most anticipated of the past decade. With impressive talent all over the country, NBA franchises and fans are gearing up for the upcoming draft.
- Indiana Pacers, AJ Dybantsa
AJ Dybantsa, at 6 ‘9, is a long, athletic forward with the ability to score efficiently at all three levels while also being able to guard positions 1-5. Indiana’s fast-paced playstyle and spacing would allow him to thrive in transition and grow as a superstar. Also, playing with an elite point guard in Tyrese Haliburton, Dybantsa would take easier shots compared to creating everything himself in college.
- Sacramento Kings, Darryn Peterson
Darryn Peterson is a franchise-changing player. Peterson is an explosive guard and the best shot-maker in the country. Sacramento benefits from his shot creation as he will grow into a superstar. Peterson would be considered number one in the draft, but his recent injury history and missed games can be startling for front offices.
- Atlanta Hawks, Cameron Boozer
Cameron Boozer is a strong, skilled big man who rebounds, scores inside, and stretches the floor exceptionally well. The biggest question with his game is whether it will translate, considering he is an undersized, not uber athletic center, but there is no question about his dominance in college.
- Utah Jazz, Caleb Wilson
Caleb Wilson is an elite defending wing with tons of offensive upside. His ability to play within the flow of the offense is great for his game. He will fit perfectly into Utah’s young system as a reliable scorer and defender.
- Washington Wizards, Kingston Flemings
Kingston Flemings is a quick, crafty point guard who can get downhill at ease. He has great court vision and touch around the basket. His biggest inconsistency is his jumpshot, which he will need to improve at the next level.
- Brooklyn Nets, Keaton Wagler
Keaton Wagler is a pure sharpshooter on the court and a hard defender. The wing has tremendous upside given his stature and shooting ability. Brooklyn will benefit from his ability to score around the perimeter and complement their playmakers.
- Chicago Bulls, Nate Ament
Nate Ament is simply a matchup problem at the forward position. Ament is a 6’10 forward with great versatility, shooting, and athleticism. He started the year slowly but has picked it up heading into the back half of the season.
- Memphis Grizzlies, Darius Acuff Jr.
Darius Acuff is a strong and physical point guard. Although he is shorter than some of the other guard prospects, he makes up for the discrepancy with his strength. He is an elite scorer and playmaker with great efficiency. Acuff could be perfect for the Grizzlies as they begin their rebuild heading into next season.
- Dallas Mavericks, Mikel Brown Jr.
Mikel Brown Jr. is an athletic 6’5 guard with tremendous shooting ability. His elite ball-handling and playmaking make him tough to guard. Coming into the season, Mikel was highly regarded as the best shooter in the country, which he has shown flashes of, but he has had an injury-riddled season.
- Milwaukee Bucks, Labaron Philon Jr.
Labaron Philon is a strong, physical guard who can score at will. In his second season of college basketball, he is more experienced than other guys on the list, which is shown on the court with his elite scoring ability. Philon will complement Milwaukee’s roster well.
