Tegra Tshabola is a senior on the Lakota West varsity football team. Tegra has played football ever since he was just seven years old, yet he has always played with a purpose, his family. He is a stand-out when it comes to the game because of his work ethic, Tegra plays left tackle and has already committed to Ohio State University for the 2022-2023 football season. Tegra does plan to play throughout his college years. After college, he hopes to pursue a career in football by playing for the NFL. He also has a big dream of opening his own country-wide gym. Coach Bolden described Tegra as two different people when on and off the field. You could say that he is a “gentle giant.” In school, Tegra is a quiet kid, but when he steps on the field he has a whole other form of intensity. The guy you see in the halls is not the guy you watch on the field.
