At this point, the whole world knows who Simone Biles is and if they don’t, they must live under a rock. Simone is an incredibly talented gymnast From the United States. Simone has won many awards such as in the Olympics and World Championship medals which make her one of the most successful gymnasts of all time. She’s an inspiration to many young gymnasts and those who aspire to be as great as her. As for the controversy between Simone and her husband (whose name is still unknown) on December 19th on an episode of “The Pivot,” during which he said he “didn’t know” who Simone Biles was when they first met on a dating app. 

They met on a dating app in 2020 but… Simone was still accomplishing great things. Not only as a gymnast but just as the kind person she is. She used her platform to advocate for athletes’ mental health. Keep in mind her husband is an athlete. She also contributed to the Black Lives Matter Movement. She also did many great things as a gymnast– like a difficult move in a floor routine and another one on beam which both went viral. 

The point is, Simone is known around the world. You don’t have to know about gymnastics to know who she is. EVERYONE knows who she is. As for her husband, he will remain as “Simone Biles’s husband,” and that’s it.
