“On Halloween night, the Great Pumpkin rises from his pumpkin patch and flies through the air with his bag of toys to all the children.” – (Linus, It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!)
My favorite Halloween is special! I love it, it is my comfort show to watch during Halloween. I look forward to every Charlie Brown special, including the Thanksgiving and Christmas special!
The Halloween special hits home and I always love to watch it remembering all the memories I had as a child during Halloween.
Charlie Brown comes from, “The Peanuts” comic strip written by Charles M. Schulz. It was first printed in 1950. Schulz first introduced the Great Pumpkin in 1959 by having Linus confuse the traditions of Halloween and Christmas. Hence, “The Great Pumpkin” takes on Santa characteristics and flies through the sky to bring toys to children with sincere pumpkin patches.
Where to watch it?
If you want to watch the magical and creative show, go over to Apple TV+ and subscribe. Subscribers will be able to watch it at any time.
Apple obtained the exclusive rights to stream “The Peanuts” holiday specials on Apple TV+ back in 2020. It was after decades of being available on broadcast networks CBS and ABC.
What I would also recommend is going on Amazon and buying the pack of 3 of all the Peanuts holiday specials! It is only $20 and has all three of the most popular “Peanuts” holiday specials, including the Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas episodes! That way you can watch it whenever you would desire.
Happy Watching !!!!
