This month’s police beat has some mentions of a fake 9-1-1 call in Mt. Healthy, a murder-suicide that caused the death of a man and a woman, and a misdemeanor event of a man recording up a woman’s dress.
An anonymous student called 9-1-1 on October 12th around 11 am claiming that he/she was ‘going to shoot up the school,’ which then led to the school being evacuated. Mt. Healthy High School’s Assistant Superintendent, Charles Ogdan, said that it was an outside threat so students were sent home. The suspect’s information has not yet been released by police, but he/she has been arrested for a panic felony and other charges.
A murder-suicide occurred in Fairfield that caused the deaths of 33-year-old Jolman David Perez, and 24-year-old Tatiana Maldonado. Fairfield police responded on October 13th before 10 am to the apartment and found them dead. Police believe that Perez was the cause of Maldonado’s death, motives are still unknown Perez later killed himself.
30-year-old Nnayereugo Okoli is the second person who expressed explicit behavior at the VOA Target in West Chester. Okoli used his cell phone to film under an adult female’s dress on October 2nd. Okoli is charged with a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of voyeurism.
