The Mu Alpha Theta Club is the math club of Lakota West. At their meetings, the club members compete in practice math competitions. The math competitions are timed, and the competitors’ score is based on how many of their answers are correct. However, their competitions are optional due to Lakota West’s lack of busing and because the competitions are for individuals. Their meetings are held every first and third Friday of the month, but you do need a club card to attend the meetings.
