Lakota West has an awesome senior class. This month, the West Press is highlighting — one of those great seniors, my twin sister Allie Weber. Allie is a future University of Cincinnati student who will be studying early childhood education. She participated in cheerleading all four years of high school and is a member of the Student Government.
When I interviewed Allie this past week, I asked her what she will miss the most about Lakota West. “Cheering for Friday night football games and getting to see my favorite teachers every day,” Allie replied. She also spoke about her favorite teacher, Mrs. Kitchen, and how she has helped her find a new passion in ceramics this past year. Allie described her current #1 priority as “trying to form relationships with friends that will last a lifetime and help me become successful in the future.” She added that throughout her high school years, she has been very inspired by her mom, who has been a tremendous help to her success up to this point in her life. Allie has demonstrated great character and responsibility throughout her high school career and the West Press wishes her nothing but the best in the future.
