This year, Lakota West has been hit with an unprecedented amount of tardies. Students all year have been late to class, some even going as far as to be tardy 50% of the time. According to Coach Bolden, this was due to the school making the decision to relax rules to help students out in response to COVID-19. However, this is going to change in the fourth quarter as the school has realized too many students took advantage and the administration needed to put an end to the excessive amount of tardies. So students, watch out. Next time you show up late to school, you might not be given a free pass.
